Main features:

  • pre forming station of pack
  • infeed belt and in case pusher for matrix pre forming
  • middle conveyor for “bag” forming with side or upper side of pack
  • front sealing bar with mechanical movement and adjustable height up to 500 mm. , centre sealing adjustable, control of no-collision of sealing bar on bag, wasted film picking up system and discharge conveyor
  • side sealing fixed or movable depending on speed and size of formats
  • “envelope seal” system for closing bag on front and back
  • all movements of conveyors are mechanical and controlled by inverter. Sealers are controlled by brushless motors
  • film centre folded and reel holder inside the machineframe
  • option to use single wound (outside the machine) and folded automatically by a group installed to obtain double production with same diameter of reel
